The Canada Greener Homes Initiative offers an interest-free loan of up to $40,000 for homeowners to upgrade their home. Eligible retrofits include home, attic and basement insulation, windows, doors, air sealing, heat pumps, thermostats, and HRV units.
Our Certified Energy Advisor will give you expert advice on ways to improve energy efficiency and reduce utility costs unique to your home.
